- • Provide end-user support, workflow assistance, and training, particularly during go-lives, upgrades, and optimization efforts.
- • Provide at-the-elbow support for clinicians and operational staff during go-lives and major initiatives.
- • Deliver end-user training and workflow education for Epic applications.
- • Share feedback on workflow challenges observed during support and training sessions.
- • Serve as a subject-matter resource for assigned Epic functionality.
- • Assist with workflow testing, training environments, and end-user simulations.
- • Troubleshoot moderately complex issues and determine appropriate resolution or escalation.
- • Create and maintain training materials and support documentation.
- • Support application upgrades and new functionality adoption.
🎯 Requirements
- • Associates degree or Medical Assistance certification or equivalent experience.
- • Experience providing Epic application support or training in a healthcare environment.
- • Strong understanding of clinical or operational workflows.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
