- • The Equipment Service Technician role is essential for ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of medical and dental equipment in practitioner offices, directly supporting customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability through expert repair and installation services.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing on-site equipment repairs and installations, maintaining service vehicles and tools, completing detailed service reports, following troubleshooting protocols, communicating with team members and dispatchers, adhering to OSHA safety standards, and participating in required technical and career development training.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2 or more years of field service experience with demonstrated proficiency
- • Basic mechanical background and customer service background
- • High school education, vocational training, or on-the-job training; associate degree or technical school certification preferred
- • Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to work as an independent self-starter
- • Working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems
- • Basic computer skills and strong interpersonal/communication abilities
