This hands-on role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is professional, courteous, and solution-oriented. You will be the face of Henry Schein, building trust and fostering strong customer relationships through reliable and efficient service.
- • You will work closely with Lead Technicians and Project Coordinators, who will mentor you in advanced troubleshooting techniques, effective diagnostic strategies, and in-depth product knowledge. This collaborative environment is crucial for your growth, allowing you to absorb best practices and refine your technical skills.
- • Beyond repairs, you may also be called upon to perform basic installation services, ensuring new equipment is set up correctly and efficiently, contributing to a seamless customer experience from day one.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve mastering troubleshooting processes. You will learn to systematically diagnose errors and technical problems, applying logical steps to identify root causes and implement effective solutions, minimizing downtime for our valued clients.

You will attend all mandatory training sessions, including Henry Schein's comprehensive Dental Career Development programs and specialized technical training provided by equipment manufacturers. This commitment to education ensures you remain at the cutting edge of industry knowledge and skills.
- • Safety is non-negotiable. You will strictly adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols, utilizing personal protective equipment as required to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
