📋 Description

• • As an Escrow Officer at Stewart Title Guaranty Company, you will play a critical role in facilitating real estate transactions by managing escrow accounts, processing closing documents, and ensuring settlements are completed accurately and efficiently for residential and commercial clients.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, preparing and reviewing closing documents, communicating with all parties involved in the transaction, identifying and resolving atypical issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
