• • As an Escrow Officer at RealNetworks, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and compliant execution of real estate transactions from opening to closing, directly supporting the company’s mission to reimagine the residential real estate experience through technology and human-centered service.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing escrow transactions, communicating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents, reviewing title reports and legal documents, coordinating with title examiners and attorneys, preparing closing documents, overseeing fund disbursement and recording, maintaining accurate records, and staying current on industry regulations and best practices.
• • You will join the Title Services team at a fast-growing, publicly traded global real estate brokerage that operates across the U.S., Canada, India, and Washington D.C., leveraging cutting-edge technology to empower agents and simplify the home buying and selling process.
