• • As an Escrow Officer at RealNetworks, Inc., you will play a critical role in managing real estate transactions from initiation to closing, ensuring compliance with state regulations and delivering a seamless experience for buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing escrow transactions, reviewing title reports and legal documents, coordinating with title examiners and attorneys, preparing closing documents, overseeing fund disbursement and recording, and maintaining accurate, confidential records.
• • You will join the Title Services team at Real, a fast-growing, publicly traded global real estate brokerage that combines technology and human expertise to reimagine the residential real estate experience across the U.S., Canada, India, and Washington, D.C.
