- • As an Escrow Processing Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating a wide array of real estate transactions, including residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare closings. This position is designed for an individual contributor who will provide essential administrative and support duties within our production center, branch office, or as part of a dedicated title team. Your primary focus will be on the efficient and accurate processing of escrow-related documentation, ensuring the smooth progression of transactions from initiation to closing.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the centralized clerical processing of all documents integral to the escrow process. This includes meticulously managing paperwork, ensuring all necessary forms are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner. You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of transaction files and supporting the escrow officers and title team in their efforts to provide seamless closing experiences for our clients.
- • A key aspect of this role involves communicating vital information and instructions to our branch offices. While direct customer interaction is limited in this support capacity, your clear and concise communication with internal stakeholders will be paramount to the success of each transaction. You will act as a vital link in the operational chain, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.
