• • As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Roadie Inc., you will be the go-to person supporting B2B marketing operations across email, social, and web channels, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with department goals.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning and optimizing the blog and press release calendar, developing and launching strategic email programs, growing Roadie’s LinkedIn presence through content and analytics, supporting website content enhancements, planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, contributing to PR initiatives via media monitoring, and analyzing campaign performance to uncover insights and drive future improvements.
• • You’ll join a growing marketing team at Roadie, a UPS-backed logistics platform that connects businesses with a nationwide network of over 310,000 independent drivers to deliver same-day, bulky, and ship-from-store solutions across 97% of U.S. households.
• • In this role, you’ll develop strategic thinking in inbound marketing, gain hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, and build expertise in campaign analytics and performance reporting—positioning you for growth in marketing operations and digital marketing leadership.
