- • As a Senior CRM Executive at Tide Platform Limited, you will own and deliver acquisition and engagement CRM campaigns focused on driving key metrics through automation and personalisation, working closely with product, content, BI, and marketing teams to support the company’s mission of helping SMEs save time and money.
- • Day to day, you will build and optimise cross-sell campaigns and customer journeys across in-app, web, email, and SMS channels; develop and execute test-and-learn plans including A/B and MVT tests; analyse campaign performance; build and maintain reporting dashboards; and collaborate with engagement marketing and cross-business stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions.
- • Tide is a fast-growing fintech company transforming small business banking with over 1.8 million members globally across the UK, India, Germany, and France, offering business accounts and integrated administrative solutions like invoicing and accounting through advanced technology and data-driven innovation.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in end-to-end CRM marketing, strengthen your analytical and technical skills with platforms like Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Braze, and BI tools such as Looker and Tableau, and grow your ability to drive measurable impact through experimentation, segmentation, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, inclusive environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3 years of expertise in end-to-end CRM marketing management across multiple sub-products and business units
- • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, or Braze, plus understanding of HTML and CSS
- • Experience using BI tools like Looker or Tableau to handle campaign data and turn it into strategic insights
- • Proven experience in segmentation, targeting, and A/B/MVT testing with demonstrable results against targets
- • Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- • Advanced Excel skills and experience with business reporting tools, including solving colleagues’ spreadsheet and reporting issues
