- • As a Senior CRM Executive in Tide’s Paid Plans team, you will own and expand a growing product area’s communications programme, driving personalisation, automation, and performance to help SMEs save time and money.
- • Day to day, you will manage end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, in-app, web, and SMS — from ideation and execution to analysis and optimisation — while building and maintaining customer segments, reporting dashboards, and cross-sell journeys.
- • You’ll join a multinational, collaborative team of marketers, product managers, and analysts in Sofia, Bulgaria, working within Tide’s mission-driven culture that values innovation, ownership, and data-led decision making to serve over 1.8 million global SME members.
- • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in CRM automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and stakeholder communication, while gaining exposure to financial services tech and scaling impact across high-growth product areas.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of end-to-end CRM retention marketing management experience across multiple sub-products or business units
- • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Iterable, Salesforce, or Braze, plus understanding of HTML and CSS
- • Proven ability to use BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to analyse campaign data and turn insights into strategic actions
- • Experience in segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing with strong Excel and reporting skills
