Executive Vice President, Performance Marketing

• • As the Executive Vice President of Performance Marketing at Rocket Mortgage, you will lead all direct response advertising across the company and its portfolio of brands, driving measurable revenue growth while improving customer acquisition efficiency. You will oversee a large performance marketing organization responsible for optimizing growth across channels including search, social, programmatic, direct mail, affiliates, and lead buying.
• • Day to day, you will lead a team of nearly 100 people across every performance marketing discipline, manage a significant part of Rocket’s $1B+ marketing budget, oversee strategy and investment of a large-scale multi-channel marketing budget, drive performance across paid search, paid social, programmatic, direct mail, affiliates, and lead buy, advance marketing performance through sophisticated campaign management and AI-enabled optimization, lead development of innovative creative approaches including AI-generated creative, lead and develop a high-performing team of performance marketers and analysts, build and manage strategic relationships with external advertising agencies, partner closely with brand marketing leaders to execute a coordinated full-funnel strategy, deliver clear reporting and insights on marketing performance to senior leadership and the board, serve as a senior enterprise leader contributing to company strategy and growth planning, and champion a culture of performance, experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
