- • Architect and design innovative solutions on the ServiceNow, Freshworks, and EasyVista platforms to meet client business requirements and position Unisys competitively.
- • Collaborate with Sales Engineers (SE), Customer Engineers (CE), Customer Delivery Engineers (CDE), and CTO teams to develop and execute account strategies.
- • Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
- • Create comprehensive pursuit kits to support sales engagements and drive pipeline growth.
- • Develop and deliver repeatable Proof of Value (PoV) engagements and customized product demonstrations aligned with client needs.
- • Design and implement accelerators that showcase value and innovation across ServiceNow, Freshworks, and EasyVista platforms.
- • Build migration playbooks focused on transitions from ServiceNow, BMC Helix, and Cherwell to Unisys solutions.
- • Own and complete RFP responses, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client requirements and sales objectives.
- • Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) for client projects, defining scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- • Lead client-facing activities including technical workshops, solution shaping sessions, and pricing discussions.
- • Actively participate in marketing events, webinars, and industry forums to promote Unisys ESM solutions and generate qualified leads.
- • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients at multiple organizational levels.
- • Provide market and client feedback to product and marketing teams to inform solution development and positioning.
- • Oversee project execution by the ESS delivery organization to ensure alignment with pre-sales commitments.
- • Articulate the business value and ROI of ESM solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Apply sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Solution Selling to guide client engagements and accelerate deal progression.
- • Achieve key performance indicators including influenced Total Contract Value (TCV), PoV-to-engagement conversion rates, pipeline generation, client meeting volume, upsell/cross-sell contributions, and client satisfaction scores.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform
- • Proven track record in pre-sales, solution architecture, and business development roles
- • Ability to create technical assets such as Proof of Value (PoV) engagements, accelerators, and migration playbooks
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills
- • Experience with ITSM platforms including Freshworks, BMC Helix, and Cherwell
- • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Solution Selling)
