- • Lead the expansion of Kraken’s affiliate marketing program across Europe, identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential affiliates and KOLs to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates in the EU, ensuring alignment with Kraken’s brand, compliance standards, and growth objectives.
- • Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and deliver regular reports on KPIs including CAC, ARPU, and ROAS to inform strategic decisions.
- • Design and execute A/B tests on commission structures, incentive programs, creative assets, and placement strategies to maximize conversion rates and program ROI.
- • Ensure all affiliate content complies with regional regulations and Kraken’s product-specific compliance requirements across EU markets.
- • Collaborate closely with EU regional growth teams, product marketing, compliance, and analytics functions to align affiliate strategies with broader go-to-market initiatives and local campaign priorities.
- • Drive the achievement of Europe-specific revenue and new trader acquisition targets through a scalable, data-driven affiliate channel strategy.
- • Leverage affiliate marketing platforms—particularly Impact—to manage partnerships, track performance, and automate reporting workflows.
- • Pursue unconventional and high-impact affiliate partnerships beyond traditional channels, demonstrating creativity and persistence in expanding Kraken’s reach in competitive EU markets.
- • Work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment with global stakeholders, communicating effectively in an asynchronous format across time zones.
- • Stay ahead of evolving crypto regulatory landscapes in Europe and adapt affiliate guidelines and compliance protocols accordingly.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for EU affiliates, providing guidance on product updates, promotional timelines, and performance expectations.
- • Proactively propose innovative strategies to scale the EU affiliate program by 3X over the next 12–24 months, contributing to the global growth roadmap.
- • Maintain a deep personal understanding of Kraken’s products (Kraken Pro, Desktop, Wallet, Futures) and the broader crypto ecosystem to authentically represent the brand to partners.
- • Contribute to the development of affiliate playbooks, onboarding materials, and training resources to standardize processes and improve team efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in KOL or affiliate marketing within traditional finance or crypto industries
- • Proven experience managing affiliate programs and KOL partnerships in the European market
- • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms, with direct experience using Impact preferred
- • Demonstrated ability to negotiate commission structures, payouts, and partnership terms with influencers and affiliates
- • Strong data analysis skills and deep understanding of performance KPIs (CAC, ARPU, ROAS)
- • Personal interest in crypto and blockchain technology
