- • As an Evening Benefits Associate at Health Advocate, you will serve as a trusted guide for members navigating their healthcare benefits, helping them make informed decisions during open enrollment, life changes, and coverage updates.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include answering incoming calls and emails, providing clear explanations about benefits, costs, and provider options; assisting members in resolving benefit-related issues; placing outbound calls for follow-up; and staying current on commercial plans, Medicare coordination, and group health plan structures.
- • You will join a compassionate, mission-driven team at Health Advocate, a leader in health advocacy and navigation services, where employees are supported with training, growth opportunities, and a culture rooted in empathy and innovation.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in benefits administration, healthcare plans, and insurance coordination while building strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills—with clear pathways for career advancement within the company.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least one year of customer service or benefits experience
- • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and explain complex topics clearly
- • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and internal systems for research and documentation
- • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task while managing inquiries efficiently
- • Eager to learn about benefits administration, healthcare plans, and insurance coordination
- • Comfortable working in a fully remote home office environment with minimal distractions
