• • This is a unique opportunity to build and own our entire event program from the ground up. You will be instrumental in shaping LiveFlow's presence at key industry gatherings and creating high-impact, intimate experiences for our target audience. Your primary focus will be on two critical pillars of our event strategy:
• • 1. **Intimate Dinner Events:** You will conceptualize, plan, and execute exclusive, invitation-only dinner events designed specifically for Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and senior finance leaders. These events will serve as a crucial touchpoint for engaging both existing customers and high-potential prospects in meaningful, high-level discussions. The goal is to foster genuine connections, provide valuable insights, and cultivate relationships that directly contribute to our business growth and market penetration.
• • 2. **Conference and Trade Show Presence:** You will be responsible for defining and managing LiveFlow's participation in major industry conferences and trade shows. This includes selecting the most relevant events, developing compelling booth experiences, coordinating speaking opportunities, and ensuring our brand message resonates with attendees. Your efforts will be key to increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and establishing LiveFlow as a thought leader in the fintech space.
• • This role is perfect for an individual who thrives on building relationships and is passionate about creating memorable experiences. You will be the face of LiveFlow at these events, embodying our brand values and driving engagement. A significant aspect of this position involves travel, with an expectation of being on the road approximately two weeks per month across the United States. During these travels, you will be actively involved in hosting our intimate dinners, managing event logistics on-site, and representing LiveFlow at various industry functions. This hands-on approach ensures you are deeply connected to our audience and can gather invaluable feedback.
