  • • Own and execute a defined segment of Virta’s event portfolio, including conferences, field marketing events, webinars, and partner activations aligned with pipeline and growth objectives
  • • Develop and implement targeted audience acquisition strategies to reach priority accounts and buying groups across key markets
  • • Write high-quality, compelling marketing copy for event invitations, email campaigns, landing pages, and follow-up communications to drive registration and engagement
  • • Lead cross-channel event promotion by collaborating with email, digital, sales, and partner teams to embed events into broader marketing programs and campaigns
  • • Track and analyze event performance metrics including attendance, engagement, and pipeline influence to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI
  • • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination, budget execution, timeline adherence, and operational planning with precision and discipline
  • • Partner with the Director of Integrated Marketing & Event Strategy, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align event strategy with overall marketing and business goals
  • • Within the first 90 days, ramp on Virta’s integrated marketing approach and standard event processes, then take ownership of a subset of events and webinars during an active cycle
  • • Plan and execute at least one event end-to-end, including promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up
  • • Draft and refine event marketing copy across email and partner channels to ensure consistent, high-impact messaging
  • • Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to refine audience targeting and outreach strategies based on data and feedback
  • • Establish clear performance tracking frameworks for events and webinars to measure attendance, engagement, and pipeline contribution
  • • Identify and implement at least one measurable improvement to event or webinar performance based on data-driven insights
  • • Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive patient information, adhering to Virta’s security and privacy procedures
  • • Design and implement repeatable, AI-enabled workflows to eliminate team bottlenecks and increase operational efficiency across event marketing processes
  • • Operate with a values-driven mindset: prioritizing people, ownership, impact over busy work, transparency, evidence-based decision-making, and rapid iteration

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing with strong exposure to demand generation and events
  • • Experience using conferences, webinars, and field events as part of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • • Strong writing skills with proven ability to develop clear, compelling marketing copy that drives engagement and action
  • • Demonstrated ability to drive high-quality attendance, engagement, and pipeline impact from marketing programs with an analytical mindset
  • • Successfully designed and implemented repeatable AI-enabled workflows that address team bottlenecks and improve efficiency
  • • Experience working in a remote-first environment with cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and partnerships
