  • • Manage and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and tracking systems for Autodesk’s internal technical programs and events, including TechX and the Technical Leadership Forum.
  • • Keep the Technology Excellence team organized by tracking priorities, action items, deadlines, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • • Coordinate communication and alignment among cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely progress on deliverables and decisions.
  • • Facilitate team status updates, follow-ups, and visibility mechanisms to maintain momentum and accountability across projects.
  • • Build and nurture collaborative relationships with diverse teams and personalities to foster trust, alignment, and effective teamwork.
  • • Adapt communication styles to suit different organizational levels, working styles, and personalities to ensure clarity and engagement.
  • • Identify risks, blockers, or gaps in project execution and proactively escalate or coordinate resolution efforts.
  • • Support operational planning and readiness for internal technical conferences and leadership forums, ensuring smooth execution.
  • • Assist with meeting coordination, documentation, and centralized maintenance of project information and resources.
  • • Help improve team processes, tracking methods, and organizational workflows through continuous feedback and iterative refinement.
  • • Provide operational and logistical support during on-site events and conferences as needed.
  • • Support post-event retrospectives to document learnings, successes, and improvement opportunities for future cycles.
  • • Maintain a positive, organized, and harmonious team environment that encourages collaboration and efficient execution.
  • • Work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities while remaining calm, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
  • • Utilize project management or collaboration tools such as Airtable, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms to track and manage work.
  • • Flexibility to travel occasionally for on-site event support and team activities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, program management, operations, or related roles
  • • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
  • • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work effectively across diverse personalities and teams
  • • High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate differing communication and working styles professionally and collaboratively
