Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own and rapidly scale Instrumentl’s flagship educational workshop series, serving thousands of nonprofit professionals each year and cementing Instrumentl as the sector’s go-to resource for grant discovery and management best practices.
- • Design, script, and deliver visually polished virtual and hybrid events—workshops, summits, mini-conferences, and community roundtables—that educate, inspire, and build long-term trust with grant writers, development directors, and nonprofit executives.
- • Experiment boldly with new event formats and community programs: interactive cohorts, micro-webinars, regional meet-ups, and partner co-branded series; test, measure, and iterate to discover what resonates most with grant professionals.
- • Plan and manage an annual conference calendar that aligns with Sales and Growth OKRs; own end-to-end logistics, vendor negotiations, budgets, speaker onboarding, run-of-show, and post-event reporting.
- • Build and nurture a network of 100+ speakers, thought-leaders, foundation officers, and nonprofit influencers; negotiate win-win partnerships that expand reach and deepen credibility for Instrumentl.
- • Collaborate daily with the Growth & Marketing team to craft cross-channel promotional campaigns—email, social, paid ads, and partner newsletters—that maximize registrations, attendance, and post-event engagement.
- • Translate event insights into actionable content: repurpose sessions into blog posts, templates, short-form videos, and certification materials that continue to deliver value long after the live experience ends.
- • Serve as the public face of Instrumentl’s programming—hosting, moderating, and presenting to audiences ranging from 50 to 1,000+ attendees with warmth, authority, and authentic nonprofit fluency.
- • Champion a data-driven mindset: track attendance, NPS, pipeline influence, and renewal attribution; share dashboards and recommendations that shape future programming and company strategy.
- • Maintain rigorous brand standards across every touchpoint—slides, swag, signage, and speaker guidelines—ensuring a cohesive, professional, and delightful experience that reflects Instrumentl’s customer-first ethos.
- • Anticipate community needs and proactively surface ideas for new educational resources, always asking, "How can we help nonprofits win more grants with less stress?"
- • Contribute to a remote-first culture that values experimentation, feedback, and psychological safety; mentor interns or contractors as the program grows.
- • Travel up to 15 % for flagship in-person events, customer site visits, and team retreats, while remaining fully productive in a Pacific-Time-friendly remote environment.
