📋 Description

• As the Events Lead for APAC at ElevenLabs, you will drive brand awareness and generate high-quality pipeline by planning and executing impactful events across India and the wider APAC region, playing a key role in deepening the company's presence in one of its fastest-growing markets.
• You will own the full lifecycle of in-person owned events, third-party tech conferences, executive dinners, workshops, webinars, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships, adapting successful playbooks from US and EU programs while identifying new, high-impact opportunities unique to the region.
• You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and GTM teams to target the right audiences, build invite strategies, develop event toolkits and content, and ensure strong event follow-through and post-event analysis to measure success and optimize future activations.
• You will develop and execute event plans aligned with business objectives, manage end-to-end logistics including venue selection and vendor management, create compelling messaging, manage budgets and timelines, analyze performance metrics, and build relationships with key stakeholders to deliver memorable experiences that drive real business impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of events experience, with at least three years specifically in event or marketing events planning within a fast-paced technology organization
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product development, and communications to execute flawless events
• Strong budget and time management skills, with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines
• Experience working with event agencies and production partners, including a established network of trusted partners in the APAC region
• Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in autonomous, high-ownership environments
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels and expressing ideas thoughtfully and passionately
