📋 Description

• The Events Manager at Notable Inc. oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of events that drive brand awareness, engage audiences, and support business growth in the healthcare AI sector. This role is critical to advancing Notable’s mission of improving healthcare for humanity by amplifying its impact through strategic event initiatives that align with product launches and marketing objectives.
• Day to day, the Events Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams to build an annual event calendar, define and track KPIs for each event, conceptualize themes and messaging, manage budgets and vendor relationships, oversee logistics and execution (both onsite and virtual), develop promotional campaigns, secure speakers, and lead post-event analysis including lead nurturing, feedback collection, and ROI reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, tech, or high-growth stage companies
• Proven experience planning and executing successful events, trade shows, and conferences
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the success of marketing initiatives
• Travel is required and may vary during trade show season and for the annual user conference, Noteworthy
