- • The Events Manager (Event Audience Acquisition Manager) at Workato is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies to promote Workato’s flagship event WOW and select regional WOW events, bridging marketing, demand generation, social media, PR, and the events team to ensure consistent messaging and strong audience engagement.
- • Day to day, the role involves collaborating with stakeholders to align on event goals and KPIs, creating comprehensive marketing plans and calendars, facilitating cross-team meetings, working with sales on registration goals, crafting promotional content, ensuring brand consistency, developing creative briefs, equipping sales and customer success teams with resources, participating in team meetings, using data-driven tactics for audience targeting, developing engagement strategies, sending nurture emails, maintaining registration tracking, managing Cvent integration, and providing post-event reports and recommendations.
