📋 Description

• The Events Marketing Communications Manager at Redgate Software Limited owns the full marcomms strategy for global events, ensuring the data community is informed and engaged from announcement through post-event amplification.
• Day to day, the role involves developing and executing integrated campaigns across email, social, content, and community channels; collaborating with global events and marketing teams; analysing campaign performance; and driving registrations and long-term audience engagement.
• Redgate is a trusted provider of data management solutions, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration while serving data professionals worldwide.
• In this role, the individual can shape how a global technical community experiences Redgate’s events, grow their expertise in B2B event marketing and data-focused audiences, and advance their career through investment in learning and progression.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in B2B event marketing, demand generation, content marketing, or integrated digital marketing, ideally with technical or data-focused audiences
• Proven ability to lead marcomms strategy and execute across multiple channels including email, social, paid media, and community
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to develop tailored messaging for different personas, segments, and verticals
• Data-driven approach — comfortable analysing campaign performance and acting on insights
• Strong collaboration skills, particularly across events, marketing, and teams in different time zones

• Salary range: £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience
