- • As the Events Marketing Leader at Hippocratic AI, you will own the end-to-end event strategy and execution that directly fuels enterprise pipeline generation in the healthcare AI space. This is not a logistics-focused role but a strategic leadership position responsible for transforming the company’s conference presence into a measurable, scalable pipeline engine. You will design and implement event strategies that align with go-to-market goals, ensuring every conference and hosted event contributes to revenue targets through precise targeting, engagement, and attribution.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning annual event strategy and ROI measurement, driving pipeline through pre-event ABM outreach, at-event meeting scheduling, and post-event follow-up campaigns, managing end-to-end event execution (logistics, booth design, speaker prep, collateral, staffing), building and scaling hosted event programs (executive dinners, roundtables, advisory boards, roadshows), partnering with segment PMMs to align messaging and targets, coordinating with sales leaders across Provider, Payor, Life Sciences, and Government to align events with deal priorities, owning speaker and content strategy in collaboration with the content team, managing the event marketing budget with performance-based optimization, and building scalable event operations through AI-augmented playbooks, templates, and automation to support growth from 10 to 30+ events annually without proportional headcount increase.

- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a world-class event marketing function from the ground up at a defining moment in healthcare AI. You will develop expertise in AI-augmented event operations, master healthcare-specific pipeline attribution models, and shape how a category-defining company engages enterprise decision-makers at critical moments like HIMSS, JP Morgan Healthcare, and ViVE. Your work will directly impact revenue generation and establish Hippocratic AI as a dominant presence in healthcare conferences, positioning you as a key architect of the company’s go-to-market success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6-10+ years of B2B event marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on healthcare industry events
- • Proven ownership of an event strategy that generated $25M+ in annual pipeline with demonstrable event-to-pipeline attribution using real metrics
- • Deep familiarity with the healthcare conference landscape including HIMSS, HLTH, ViVE, Becker’s, AHIP, DIA, and JP Morgan Healthcare, including audience dynamics, timing, and ROI profiles
- • Experience building and scaling hosted event programs such as executive dinners, clinical roundtables, customer advisory boards, and regional roadshows
- • Expert-level fluency with AI tools for marketing workflows, including demonstrated experience in AI-augmented event operations like automated attendee outreach, meeting scheduling, and post-event reporting
- • Metrics-obsessed mindset with fluency in event ROI, pipeline attribution, cost-per-meeting, and attendee-to-opportunity conversion analysis
