📋 Description

• The Events Specialist role is critical to Redgate’s mission of connecting with data professionals across the Americas through a scalable and impactful regional events program, serving as the operational engine behind tradeshows, hosted dinners, and customer experiences that drive brand engagement and commercial outcomes.
• Day to day, the person will own the full delivery of Redgate’s AMER events calendar, including venue sourcing, logistics coordination, on-site crew leadership, marketing integration via Marketo, speaker management, and post-event reporting and lead handover, while traveling to events throughout the year.
• Redgate is a trusted provider of database solutions for data professionals, operating with a culture rooted in trust, accountability, and collaboration, and is expanding its presence in the AMER market through strategic, high-touch events.
• In this role, the person will develop end-to-end event management expertise, strengthen cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales teams, gain hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce, and contribute directly to measurable improvements in event ROI and attendee satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience planning and delivering events end-to-end, including national tradeshows, both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent events with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Experience with Marketo and Salesforce; familiarity with Canva is a bonus
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive
• Clear, confident communicator in person, in writing, and on the phone, able to build rapport quickly across teams and with senior stakeholders
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and comfortable making judgment calls under pressure

• Salary range of $95,000 - $110,000
• Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the Austin office, with travel to events across the AMER region
