- • As an Events Specialist at ServiceTitan, you will play a critical role in supporting the Aspire and FieldRoutes brands by managing the end-to-end planning and on-site execution of tradeshows, field marketing activations, partner events, and regional industry events. Your work directly contributes to brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement in key home services markets.
- • Day to day, you will manage logistical planning including venue sourcing, registration setup via Cvent, staffing coordination, vendor management, and shipping logistics. You will own booth orders, space planning, and show deliverables from kickoff through on-site execution, while using Airtable to track timelines and manifests. You’ll also manage budgets, track actuals vs. forecasts, and partner with Sales and Customer Success on lead capture setup using iCapture and Salesforce for attribution and reporting.
- • You’ll join a mission-driven, fast-growing events team at ServiceTitan, an all-in-one software platform empowering home services contractors to streamline operations and grow their businesses. You’ll gain mastery of industry-standard tools like Cvent, Salesforce, iCapture, and Airtable, while building skills in budget management, vendor negotiation, and real-time problem solving—positioning you for growth into senior event marketing or marketing operations roles.
