• • As a Payment Activation Specialist at EverCommerce Payments, you will play a critical role in driving early adoption of payment solutions for small business owners using Invoice Simple and Joist product lines, directly impacting revenue growth and customer success.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting high-volume outbound calls to engage merchants, delivering concise activation conversations to enable immediate payment processing, troubleshooting blockers, and following up via calls, emails, and automated nudges to ensure first successful transactions are completed.
• • You will join a distributed, innovative team at EverCommerce, a Nasdaq-listed service commerce platform transforming the service economy with tailored SaaS solutions for Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Wellness industries, serving over 725,000 customers.
