- • The Senior Business Systems Analyst - HRIS is a critical role responsible for managing and optimizing EverCommerce’s Human Resource Information System, with a focus on Workday modules for Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation. This position ensures the HRIS supports strategic HR initiatives through advanced data management, reporting, and system enhancements, directly enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the functional owner for Workday Learning, Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation; designing and configuring business processes, security settings, and eligibility rules; automating workflows using Workday Extend, RaaS, and AI-enabled solutions; partnering with cross-functional teams in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and drive adoption; ensuring data integrity and audit readiness; and supporting compliance with SOX, ITGC, and change management standards.
