📋 Description

• Lead the growth marketing strategy for EverHealth, EverCommerce’s health services portfolio, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and advocacy to support the mission of digitally transforming the service economy.
• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across acquisition, expansion, and retention; manage high-velocity teams and agency partnerships; align marketing with commercial and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Join a distributed, innovative team at EverCommerce (Nasdaq: EVCM), a leading service commerce platform serving 725,000+ customers across Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Wellness industries.
• Scale your impact by leveraging data, AI-powered tools, and cross-channel campaigns to optimize performance, improve CLV, reduce churn, and drive sustainable growth while advancing your leadership in growth marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
• 10+ years in marketing with demonstrated experience in a leadership role
• Proven success in driving growth, revenue, and retention
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition techniques and cost optimization
• Experience in Healthcare tech or B2B SaaS is highly desirable
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
