📋 Description

• • As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at EverCommerce, you will own a portfolio of healthcare customers using the company’s EHR platform, driving retention, expansion, and customer health while serving as the single-threaded owner for complex escalations and workflow optimization.
• • Day to day, you will lead consultative conversations to assess customer needs, drive adoption of EHR, RCM, and payments workflows, manage renewals and expansions, maintain account health in Salesforce, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
