- • As an Account Manager at EverPro, you will be a critical driver of our expansion revenue strategy, representing key product brands while unlocking growth by introducing customers to complementary solutions across the entire EverPro portfolio. This role goes beyond traditional account management to focus on strategic revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling.
- • Day to day, you will own and grow a portfolio of customer accounts by driving expansion revenue through strategic upselling of premium features and add-ons, identifying cross-sell opportunities across the EverPro ecosystem, conducting regular business reviews to uncover growth opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline of expansion deals, and collaborating with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure customer success and alignment on account strategies.
- • EverPro, a business within EverCommerce, provides software and solutions designed to help home and field service businesses run and grow with greater efficiency and confidence. The company brings together purpose-built tools across key trades—including field service, remodeling and roofing, landscaping, and pest and lawn—so service professionals can manage operations, engage customers, and drive long-term growth. EverCommerce is a globally distributed team with presence in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia, and this role can be based anywhere in the United States with flexibility for remote, hybrid, or in-office work.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in consultative sales, multi-product selling, and data-driven account management within the B2B SaaS space. You will learn how to map solutions to customer business outcomes, leverage usage metrics and adoption patterns to prioritize expansion opportunities, and contribute to product and marketing strategies through customer insights. Success in this role will enable you to master revenue expansion strategies, build trusted advisor relationships with customers, and significantly impact customer lifetime value and company growth.
