📋 Description

• • As an Implementation Manager for EverCommerce’s Service Fusion platform, you will be the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through onboarding to ensure software is configured to fit their workflows and business goals, setting them up for long-term success.
• • Day to day, you will perform system setup, coordinate and deliver training, oversee data import progress, solve customer-specific workflow issues, stay current on Service Fusion products, contribute to the product roadmap, meet or exceed performance metrics, collaborate with peers and clients, and represent the brand at trade show events.
• • EverCommerce is a leading service commerce platform transforming the service economy with tailored SaaS solutions for 725,000+ customers across Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Wellness industries; Service Fusion, its subsidiary, serves nearly 4,000 field service contractors in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair with enterprise-level tools at small-business pricing.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS onboarding, customer success, and field service software, while building skills in technical configuration, training delivery, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to influence product direction and represent the company at industry events.
