- • As a Sales Manager at EverPro, you will lead a high-performing team of six to eight sales professionals responsible for driving new business acquisition for Service Fusion, a core product within EverCommerce’s EverPro division. Your leadership directly impacts the growth and success of home and field service businesses by ensuring your team consistently meets and exceeds sales targets through strategic pipeline management and skill development.
- • Day to day, you will coach and motivate individual team members, analyze sales forecasts and pipelines, hire and develop new talent, collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, maintain product attach ratios (such as FusionPay and Flat Rate), utilize Salesforce.com and proven sales methodologies, and serve as a role model by advising reps on accounts, assisting with demos, and fostering a positive, can-do sales culture.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • Five years of sales experience, including a minimum of two years in first-line sales management
- • Proven success in managing within a velocity sales environment, achieving revenue goals, and developing sales strategies
- • Strong track record in sales target attainment and people/team development
- • Experience with Salesforce.com and sales methodology
- • Strong prospecting, needs analysis, negotiating, and closing skills
