  • • Manage end-to-end sales activities and maintain a robust sales pipeline for Service Fusion’s field service management software.
  • • Engage with prospects through both inbound and outbound sales channels to identify qualified leads and drive conversions.
  • • Assess the specific business needs of field service contractors, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair operators.
  • • Clearly articulate the value proposition, features, and feasibility of Service Fusion’s SaaS platform to prospects.
  • • Conduct online product demonstrations tailored to the operational workflows of small and medium-sized business owners in the service economy.
  • • Negotiate terms and close new business deals consistent with company pricing and contract guidelines.
  • • Serve as the primary subject matter expert on all Service Fusion products and services, ensuring accurate and confident communication.
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the field service management software market, including competitor offerings and industry trends.
  • • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance metrics tied to revenue, pipeline growth, and conversion rates.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product Support, and Marketing teams to align on strategy and customer outcomes.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving product updates, market conditions, and customer feedback in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
  • • Build strong rapport with prospects through active listening, consultative dialogue, and personalized communication.
  • • Uphold all Service Fusion policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all customer and internal interactions.
  • • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and goal-oriented drive to achieve targets in a results-driven culture.
  • • Maintain excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple prospects, demos, and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • • Contribute to team projects and initiatives as assigned, supporting a collaborative and collegial work environment.
  • • Commit to continuous personal and professional development to enhance sales effectiveness and product knowledge.
  • • Travel occasionally to EverCommerce’s Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other U.S. office locations as required.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required
  • • Technical proficiency with Office applications, email, and CRM systems required
  • • Ability to build customer rapport through active listening and dialogue required
  • • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • • Commitment to adhering to company policies and ethical standards required
