- • Partner with sales representatives throughout the entire sales cycle to support the sale of Bold Group Software products to physical security industry customers, including alarm dealers, integrators, fire/life safety companies, locksmiths, and low-voltage contractors.
- • Participate in discovery calls to understand customer workflows, operational pain points, and business challenges related to sales, service, installation, billing, inventory, and recurring revenue management.
- • Qualify sales opportunities by assessing how Bold Group’s software solutions align with prospect business needs and existing processes.
- • Deliver customized, engaging product demonstrations showcasing key workflows including CRM, dispatching, recurring billing, service management, inspections, inventory tracking, technician scheduling, and reporting.
- • Configure and manage demo environments tailored to individual prospect use cases to illustrate platform capabilities in real-world scenarios.
- • Assist in developing proposals, solution summaries, and follow-up materials to support closing deals and reinforcing value propositions.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Product Teams to ensure accurate representation of product features and alignment with customer requirements.
- • Serve as a technical liaison between sales and product teams, providing feedback on customer needs and product gaps to inform future development.
- • Engage directly with business owners, operations leaders, and sales teams to communicate software benefits in clear, non-technical terms.
- • Rapidly learn and master complex business management software platforms to effectively demonstrate functionality and troubleshoot questions during sales interactions.
- • Maintain organized documentation of customer interactions, demo configurations, and sales support activities to ensure consistency and scalability across the sales pipeline.
- • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and coachability while continuously improving presentation and technical skills.
- • Maintain a strong interest in technology-driven business process improvement and the service economy, particularly within the physical security vertical.
- • Travel occasionally to EverCommerce’s Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other U.S. office locations as required for customer meetings or internal events.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, SaaS, customer-facing technology, operations, or technical support roles
- • Strong communication and presentation skills
- • Comfortable speaking with business owners, operations leaders, and sales teams
- • Ability to learn software platforms quickly
- • Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable
- • Interest in technology and business process improvement
