- • As a Senior Paid Media Strategist at EverCommerce, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for EverPro, a business unit focused on empowering home and field service professionals with SaaS tools. Your work will directly impact how service businesses in industries like remodeling, roofing, landscaping, and pest control attract and retain customers through data-driven digital marketing.
- • Day to day, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid search and multi-channel campaigns across Google, Bing, YouTube, Capterra, GDN, and programmatic platforms; manage advertising accounts; conduct A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages; analyze performance metrics; and produce ROI-focused reports to inform strategy and budget decisions.
- • You will join a distributed, innovative marketing team within EverCommerce, a Nasdaq-listed leader in service commerce software, collaborating closely with EverPro’s marketing and sales teams to align paid media efforts with broader growth objectives across North America.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B paid media, master advanced bidding strategies using CRM data, leverage AI tools for campaign optimization, and develop leadership skills in cross-functional strategy and performance storytelling—positioning you as a key driver of scalable customer acquisition.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-5+ years of paid search experience in a B2B environment
- • In-depth hands-on Google Ads experience and mastery of current best practices
- • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel for campaign optimization and reporting
- • Experience managing multiple paid advertising accounts and understanding of B2B funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CVR, etc.)
- • Ability to communicate complex data and strategy clearly to stakeholders in a simple, narrative format
