- • As a Senior Product Analyst for Invoice Simple at EverCommerce, you will drive data-informed decision-making to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction across the service economy.
- • Day to day, you will lead end-to-end analytics initiatives including opportunity sizing, experiment design and analysis, metric development and monitoring, and delivering actionable insights to Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- • You will build and maintain user-friendly dashboards in BI tools like Periscope, Looker, or Tableau to enable self-serve access and improve visibility into product and business performance.
- • You will partner with engineering and central data teams to audit and improve data quality and integrity, ensuring strong analytical foundations.
- • You will contribute expertise in experimentation, pricing, payments, and product adoption to support growth strategies and process improvements.
- • You will work remotely from anywhere in Canada, collaborating with a globally distributed team across time zones, with occasional travel to headquarters or other offices as needed.
- • You will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively with minimal guidance.
- • You will help shape business strategies by translating complex data into clear, consultative recommendations for leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, preferably in a SaaS environment
- • Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets, with preferred experience in clickstream event data
- • Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms and visualization tools such as Google BigQuery, Looker, or Tableau
- • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams with minimal guidance
- • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for explaining complex ideas clearly and effectively
