📋 Description

• As an EX Analyst at Perceptyx, you will play a pivotal role in transforming employee insights into actionable strategies for our clients. This is a 4-month temporary independent contractor position, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful employee experience programs.
• You will be instrumental in the end-to-end delivery of employee survey programs, meticulously building and configuring surveys within the advanced Perceptyx platform. This involves translating client needs and research objectives into robust survey structures, ensuring the accurate setup of items, benchmarks, and trend data.
• A core responsibility will be the meticulous export, cleaning, and structuring of quantitative data using Microsoft Excel. You will leverage your skills to transform raw data into clear, compelling charts, tables, and visuals, forming the backbone of executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
• You will actively support the development of executive presentations by drafting slide content and visuals. This requires synthesizing complex data into a clear, concise narrative that supports the consultant-led storyline, making the findings accessible and impactful for senior leadership.
• Dive deep into qualitative data by organizing and summarizing verbatim feedback. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying key themes, sentiment drivers, and selecting representative comments that provide rich context and depth to the quantitative findings.
• Uphold Perceptyx's commitment to excellence by performing rigorous quality assurance checks. This includes ensuring 100% accuracy in survey configurations, reporting outputs, and all final deliverables, paying close attention to formatting, labeling, and consistency.
• Contribute to understanding the tangible impact of employee experience initiatives by preparing inputs and visuals that connect survey insights to critical business outcomes such as engagement, retention, and other key performance indicators.
• Effectively manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously, maintaining highly organized project files and adhering to Perceptyx's established workflows and standards.
• You will be encouraged to utilize approved AI tools to streamline drafting and analysis tasks, enhancing efficiency and productivity while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with Consultants and Program Managers, acting as a key support resource throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in customer meetings as needed, taking accurate notes and diligently supporting follow-up actions to ensure seamless project execution.
• Engage in internal knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to the continuous improvement of Perceptyx's methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented approach, ensuring that all client deliverables are not only accurate but also presented in a professional and impactful manner.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a related field (research or data-related role) is preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, with demonstrated ability to create charts, tables, and visuals from quantitative data and summarize qualitative sentiment.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior, customer-ready results.
• Ability to communicate effectively, diplomatically, and courteously at all levels, both written and verbal.
