📋 Description

• • Be the strategic force multiplier for Chainlink Labs’ senior leadership, operating as a true thought-partner who anticipates needs before they surface and removes friction from every corner of the executives’ day. You will own the rhythm of the C-suite, translating high-level vision into flawless execution.
• • Masterfully orchestrate global calendars that span every time zone from Singapore to San Francisco. You will triage competing priorities, negotiate meeting cadence with internal teams and Fortune-100 partners, and protect deep-work blocks so leaders can focus on decisions that move the $10 trillion on-chain capital-markets opportunity forward.
• • Serve as the communications nerve-center: drafting concise briefs, crisp follow-up emails, and real-time Slack updates that keep stakeholders aligned without adding noise. You will ghost-write talking points for board briefings, investor AMAs, and fireside chats, ensuring every word reflects Chainlink’s technical authority and regulatory precision.
• • Plan and execute high-stakes travel itineraries—commercial, charter, or last-minute red-eye—that balance cost efficiency with executive wellness. You will secure visas, ground transport, and secure lodging, while building contingency playbooks for weather, geopolitical events, or protocol emergencies.
• • Curate and safeguard sensitive data—token-launch timelines, M&A term sheets, regulatory filings—using enterprise-grade security protocols. You will maintain encrypted vaults, enforce clean-desk policies during off-sites, and brief executives on evolving compliance landscapes.
• • Drive cross-functional projects that extend far beyond the inbox: from coordinating a 200-person engineering off-site in Lisbon to launching an internal “Ask Me Anything” series that surfaces culture insights. You will set OKRs, track milestones, and publish post-mortems that raise the bar for future initiatives.
• • Build a culture of operational excellence among a collaborative EA pod. You will share calendar templates, vendor scorecards, and travel hacks, mentoring junior teammates and amplifying the collective impact of the executive-support function.
• • Represent the executive team with poise in every interaction—whether greeting a central-bank delegation, troubleshooting A/V five minutes before a livestream, or de-escalating a scheduling conflict with a protocol founder. Your EQ and polish will turn first impressions into lasting partnerships.
• • Continuously refine workflows using Notion, Slack workflows, and Google Workspace automations. You will run retrospectives after every board cycle, pilot AI scheduling tools, and publish SOPs that scale as Chainlink Labs grows from 600 to 1,000 employees.
