- • Provide direct support to the Owner of Anau as a strategic partner and 'right hand,' ensuring priorities are managed, details are handled, and nothing falls through the cracks.
- • Manage and optimize the Owner’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and priorities, ensuring time is allocated effectively and aligned with business priorities.
- • Organize and manage the Owner’s inbox, including prioritizing, flagging, and drafting responses, ensuring timely communication and follow-up on key items.
- • Arrange and manage all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring seamless travel experiences with clear, organized plans.
- • Gather documents, materials, and information needed for meetings, ensuring the Owner is fully prepared in advance, and track action items and follow-ups after meetings.
- • Maintain and manage an active to-do list for the Owner, tracking requests, deadlines, and priorities to keep work moving forward, and provide reminders and accountability to ensure completion.
- • Assist with projects, coordination, and general operational needs, acting as a liaison between the Owner and internal/external contacts when needed.
- • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by creating structure, demonstrating high ownership, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.
- • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- • Strong communication skills, including drafting professional correspondence and managing sensitive information.
- • Proficiency in calendar and email management tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook).
- • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and exercise sound judgment.
- • Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements and managing logistics.
