- • As a Strategic Project Manager at BLP Digital, you will lead end-to-end implementations of AI-powered ERP automation solutions, directly enabling enterprise clients across finance, procurement, logistics, and sales to achieve measurable operational transformation. Your work will ensure that cutting-edge technology translates into real business outcomes, driving adoption, satisfaction, and scalability for a product used by 20,000+ daily active users across 40+ countries.
- • You will own the full implementation lifecycle — from gathering and interpreting complex client requirements to designing tailored, scalable solutions, coordinating with engineering teams for seamless integration, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring post-launch success through continuous feedback loops and process optimization. This includes translating business needs into technical specifications, anticipating client challenges, and acting as a trusted advisor who bridges the gap between product capabilities and operational realities.
- • You will collaborate closely with sales to co-create implementation roadmaps aligned with customer goals, feed real-world insights back into product development to drive platform evolution, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively identifying opportunities to deepen automation rates and unlock additional value.

🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- • 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
- • Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence presenting to native-speaking clients.
