• • The Supervisor, Capability Center Operations - GCC Global Home Insurance Tracking leads end-to-end operational performance for hazard insurance processing workstreams, ensuring consistent achievement of quality, production, and client SLA targets while fostering talent development and operational discipline.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing short- and long-term goals, monitoring performance through controls, enforcing corporate policies, coaching associates, resolving personnel and operational complaints, maintaining performance reports, recruiting talent, aligning staff resources, and participating in client meetings to uphold service levels.
