• • The Project Support Specialist serves as a member of the project team providing cross-functional support with the goal of contributing toward efficient management of the studies to which they are assigned.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing meeting lifecycles (scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes), maintaining project timelines in MS Project, managing study-specific training lifecycles, establishing SharePoint sites, managing user access to study systems, ordering study supplies, preparing study binder materials, maintaining study trackers, managing team member time reporting, supporting safety report distribution, managing document translation, supporting vendor management, preparing study materials, assisting with study plans and reports, collecting KPIs and project health data, and supporting inspection readiness reviews.
