đź“‹ Description

  • • Own end-to-end operational strategy and product development for high-impact healthcare and insurance initiatives with annual business impact exceeding €10M.
  • • Design and scale new service models from zero to millions of users, including launching online psychotherapy programs that delivered 80,000 sessions with 93% user-reported stress reduction.

  • • Define clear vision, roadmap, and success metrics for ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with minimal guidance, driving alignment across engineering, finance, legal, and external partners.
  • • Lead complex supplier negotiations and ecosystem-level strategic partnerships autonomously, including industry lobbying and third-party vendor management.
  • • Implement innovative applications of AI and automation across operations teams to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance member outcomes.
  • • Manage end-to-end resourcing decisions under uncertainty, including workforce planning, vendor selection, and quality control at scale across multiple countries.

  • • Balance long-term mission-driven outcomes with short-term business metrics, always prioritizing member health and employer value over cost-cutting alone.

  • • Navigate regulatory complexity in healthcare insurance markets with autonomy, ensuring compliance while pushing for structural improvements.
  • • Champion a growth mindset by actively seeking feedback, iterating based on data, and continuously improving personal and team performance.
