- • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the EVP of Business Operations, proactively managing priorities, calendars, and executive time to enable high-impact decision-making and focus on core business objectives.
- • Prepare and refine executive-level communications including board decks, QBR materials, presentations, talking points, and sensitive correspondence with precision, confidentiality, and alignment to business strategy.
- • Anticipate operational needs and resolve potential roadblocks before they disrupt leadership focus, demonstrating foresight and judgment in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
- • Manage complex travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and executive offsites with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless coordination across global teams and time zones.
- • Plan and facilitate meetings with strict meeting hygiene: developing agendas, documenting decisions, tracking action items, and maintaining clear logs to ensure accountability and momentum.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams in Manufacturing, Customer Care, and Clinical Operations to align execution with enterprise priorities, serving as a key connector for information flow and operational clarity.
- • Track deliverables end-to-end for executive-driven initiatives, monitoring milestones, dependencies, and risks to support timely execution and informed decision-making.
- • Leverage digital tools including Microsoft Teams Planner, SharePoint, SAP Concur, Smartsheet, and AI platforms like Copilot to streamline administrative workflows and enhance efficiency.
- • Standardize and improve EA processes by contributing to the EA Center of Excellence—developing templates for agendas, minutes, RACI charts, board prep, and other critical documentation.
- • Represent the executive and iRhythm with professionalism, discretion, and cultural awareness in all internal and external interactions, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
- • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants across the organization to share best practices, coordinate cross-functional support, and establish consistent operational standards.
- • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce administrative friction, increase transparency, and elevate the effectiveness of leadership operations.
- • Translate complex strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans and tracking mechanisms that enable teams to execute with alignment and speed.
- • Maintain rigorous documentation integrity, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards in a highly regulated MedTech environment.
- • Model adaptability, curiosity, and professional growth, actively contributing to EA community initiatives focused on AI enablement, budgeting practices, and event standardization.
- • Balance competing executive demands while maintaining strategic alignment, operational precision, and unwavering attention to detail across all deliverables.
- • Act as a cultural ambassador for iRhythm’s values, fostering trust, collaboration, and transparency across all levels of the organization.
- • Support risk-sensitive executive functions with awareness of legal privilege, regulatory rigor, and documentation requirements specific to the healthcare and MedTech industries.
- • Contribute to the evolution of the Executive Assistant function at iRhythm by mentoring, sharing knowledge, and helping shape the next generation of strategic EAs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives in dynamic, growth-oriented environments, with preference for public-company or scale-up experience
- • Proven experience supporting C-suite or EVP-level leaders in MedTech, life sciences, or other regulated industries
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, SAP Concur, and AI tools like Copilot
- • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- • Strong project management experience with a track record of tracking deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across complex initiatives
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to draft and edit executive-level communications
