📋 Description

• Executive Assistant supporting a fractional executive across multiple organizations and industries, acting as the central coordination point for investment banking, consulting, advisory services, legal operations, and cybersecurity.
• Manage complex calendars across multiple organizations, monitor and manage email communications, track projects and deliverables, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and proactively identify risks and bottlenecks.
• Agent Inc. is a fast-moving, execution-focused organization supporting senior leaders across consulting, advisory, finance, legal operations, and cybersecurity, operating in a dynamic, high-responsibility environment that values clarity, ownership, and structured thinking.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, or partners in an EA or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
