📋 Description

• Executive Assistant to the Chief Customer Officer at Writer Inc., a high-impact role serving as a strategic extension of the C-Suite to optimize executive time and drive organizational value.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex domestic and international calendars, booking travel logistics, preparing daily agendas and briefing materials, providing on-site event support, managing inbox and correspondence, and acting as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Writer Inc. is a $1.9B-valued enterprise generative AI leader founded in 2020, with offices in New York City, San Francisco, Austin, Chicago, and London, dedicated to expanding human capacity through trustworthy AI that unites IT and business teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an executive administrative business partner supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth tech startup environment
• New York based and able to work in a hybrid model, coming into the office as needed
• Proven experience managing a very busy and complex calendar
• Experience with Google Workspace and ability to quickly master new tools
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize effectively among competing demands
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Direct experience managing logistics for executives' media and event appearances
• An over-communicator with experience coordinating effectively with globally-distributed teams
