🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role supporting executives in fast-paced environments.
- • Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., for automation, summarization, scheduling) and Salesforce or comparable CRM/platforms.
- • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and comfort interacting with stakeholders across industries.
- • Resourceful, proactive mindset with ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
- • Familiarity with private equity, operations management, or pet care industry is a plus.
