- • As a Senior Professional Services Consultant at Epicor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful implementation and delivery of ERP solutions for manufacturing and supply chain clients, directly impacting customer satisfaction and project success.
- • Day to day, you will coach and mentor junior PS Consultants, collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist Project Managers in planning timelines and resources, build strong relationships with customer and Epicor stakeholders, ensure timely and on-budget delivery of project deliverables, conduct training for customer core teams and peers, and maintain up-to-date certifications on Epicor’s evolving software modules.
- • You will join a global team of 5,000 talented professionals at Epicor, a company dedicated to creating better business outcomes through data, AI, and cognitive ERP solutions, with a mission to build a more resilient global supply chain by connecting people, processes, and technology.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in ERP implementations, strengthen leadership and mentoring abilities, expand your knowledge across manufacturing and supply chain verticals, refine project estimation and execution skills, and grow into a trusted advisor capable of driving complex enterprise transformations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of applicable experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing accounting
- • 5+ years of consulting experience preferred
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- • Expertise in all core modules of Epicor software
- • Ability to travel up to 50%
- • Strong project management skills and technical background
