- • As a Customer Success Manager - Enterprise at Lexroom Srl, you will own and grow a portfolio of top-tier Italian clients, including leading law firms, in-house legal teams, and corporations, serving as their strategic point of reference from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full customer lifecycle—aligning with Sales pre-sales, overseeing successful onboarding and delivery, driving renewals and upsells, conducting business reviews with KPIs and dashboards, and translating client feedback into action for Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- • You will join a fast-growing, investor-backed legal AI company headquartered in Milan, working alongside a world-class team committed to rigor, clarity, and impact in shaping the future of legal technology across Europe.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS customer success, strengthen your commercial and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders, and have the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives that directly influence product direction and company growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4 to 10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or enterprise client-facing roles, managing deals of €50k and above.
- • Proven commercial and negotiation experience with senior stakeholders in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
- • Background in SaaS or technology; legal or professional-services experience is a plus.
- • Proficiency with CRM and sales-support tools such as HubSpot and Notion.
- • Native Italian and fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous.
