- • As a Payments Performance Strategist focused on PINless Debit at Stripe, you will play a pivotal role in helping merchants optimize their payment performance by leveraging Stripe’s PINless debit offering to reduce costs, improve acceptance, and drive revenue growth.
- • Day to day, you will advise customers on PINless debit usage, design and analyze experiments with Data Science teams, serve as an internal expert shaping product roadmap, collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to win and retain merchants, and develop optimization playbooks grounded in data-driven insights.
- • You will join the Global Payments Performance Team, a strategic unit within Stripe that partners with high-potential merchants to unlock long-term success through payment optimization, fraud reduction, and cross-border efficiency, positioning Stripe as a competitive advantage in the payments ecosystem.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in PINless debit regulations and industry best practices, influence Stripe’s product strategy through customer feedback, and develop advanced analytical and storytelling skills to drive measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in payments at a leading technology company or payments industry consultancy
- • Deep expertise in PINless debit
- • Understanding of e-commerce payments, card-based payment processing, optimization strategies, and PINless debit regulations
- • Strong data processing, organizational, and analytical skills
- • Experience presenting directly to merchants and thriving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- • Experience designing/administering A/B tests, SQL, dashboard building, modeling, or reporting (preferred)
